ORGANIC ALL PURPOSE WHITE FLOUR – STONE MILLED

ORGANIC WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT – ROLLER MILLED

Our whole wheat flour is milled from spring hard red wheat berries. The dark, reddish color makes the whole wheat flour glow with the rich bran color. This flour is a nutritious choice for a variety of bread making, particularly breads with a dark crumb color and dinner rolls. We were excited to see field tests pull 15 to 16% protein. That organic protein offers a strong fiber, and a variety of vitamins and minerals to your diet. ​

ORGANIC BREAD FLOUR – ROLLER MILLED

This organic flour delivers consistent, dependable results!  Grown at a higher elevation our wheat is testing at a consistent 15% to 16% protein.  Our bread flour’s protein strengthens the rise, so your breads are lofty and perfectly textured every time.  We take pride in caring for every seed from our soil to your soul.

ORGANIC WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR – STONE MILLED

The traditional technique of stone ground milling preserves the nutrients in this flour. When you bake with our stone ground rye you bake fiber, iron and potassium into every tasty bite! Great for your favorite pumpernickel, crisp breads and crackers high in dietary fiber. Made from organic whole-grain rye berries.
